Life is all it seems, amalgamation of shattered dreams
One man’s failure is another’s rise to fame
I have waited long, life's unending bore, relic of the past, in the time of chaos and war
In past life of mine, wasted precious time learning ancient spell in service to avarice of men
Then my work was shunned, betrayal by the one’s I loved
Dagger in like Brute, betrayed by the Council of fools!
Sometimes I wonder what have we left in this world
Sometimes I feel for those we left behind
Light of winter’s stars, the sighs of long forgotten souls
I have left that life to find something that I was
Sometimes I feel there's always something, that keeps me mind of this land
